These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by High Point Fencing LLC (“High Point Fencing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, quotes, scheduling, and text message (SMS) communications program. By contacting us, requesting a quote, becoming a customer, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services
High Point Fencing LLC provides fence installation, fence repair, and related services, including privacy, semi-privacy, wood, vinyl, chain link, and custom fencing, along with junk removal and property cleanout services, throughout Verona, Fitchburg, Madison, and the surrounding Dane County area. Quotes and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of the request and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment.
SMS Messaging Program
Program Name: High Point Fencing LLC Customer Communications
Program Description: If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, High Point Fencing LLC may send you text messages related to appointment confirmations and reminders, service and job status updates, invoices and payment reminders, and occasional promotional offers.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the services you’ve requested.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again.

Scheduling and Payment
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed directly with you. Payment terms, including deposits and final payment, will be communicated as part of your service agreement or invoice. Late or missed payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined at the time of service.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule and offer that time to another customer.
Limitation of Liability
While we take pride in the quality and durability of our work, High Point Fencing LLC is not liable for damages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, underground utility conflicts not disclosed prior to installation, or misuse of installed fencing or structures after project completion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or for legal or operational reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
