About Us
High Point Fencing LLC was founded by Roody, a devoted father and visionary entrepreneur, who was born from a unique blend of grit, heart, and craftsmanship. His journey began in an unexpected place: nursing school. While studying full-time, he worked for his father-in-law’s construction company, gaining hands-on experience in the trades. Though he earned his nursing degree, Roody realized that his true calling wasn’t in hospitals—it was in building. Business and construction sparked something deeper in him: a drive to create, to lead, and to serve people in a different way.
Beyond High Point Fencing, Roody is also deeply committed to giving back. He is the founder of Vital Steps Haiti, a family-founded nonprofit restoring food security, education, and opportunity in Haiti through sustainable agriculture and skill-based education. Vital Steps Haiti works to rebuild communities from the inside out by restoring agriculture, training youth with real-world skills, and creating self-sustaining village systems that can be replicated across Haiti.
This mission reflects the same values High Point Fencing was built on — hard work, sustainability, leadership, and creating opportunity that lasts.
